RETURNS POLICY
Away with the fairies online will endeavour to supply you jewellery at the highest level of quality and each piece is individually inspected before despatch, however we do operate the following returns policy:
For reasons of hygiene we do not exchange earrings.
We offer a simple 7 days money back guarantee. If any item is not quite what you require then just notify us by e-mail or post (please state the reason for return) within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else.
When requesting a refund please note we do not refund your postage costs.
Please return items via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. The postage cost is not refundable unless the item was damaged/faulty.
Please check the goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 working days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not contact us within 3 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
If an item is not in stock we will notify you and offer you the choice of putting the item on "back-order" a chance to order an alternative, or a refund. Please note our normal delivery time is 3 days from receiving and clearing your payment..
We have made every effort to photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible, and include details of size and scale. However, colours and images may depend on your own monitor.
By placing an order, you confirm that you agree with the above terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 14 working days from receipt of order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock or dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days from date of order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date, or arrange a refund. If you require your order sooner than 14 days please contact us by email and we will see what we can do.

UK mainland
Purchases up to £49 - £3.95 sent by Recorded 1st class delivery
Purchases between £50-£99 - £6.95 sent by Special delivery guaranteed next day delivery
Purchases £99 - free of charge
PAYMENT
Away with the fairies accepts payment by credit or debit card, excludes American Express.

Away with the fairies believes that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of our internet business, therefore it is our policy to keep any personal information we receive completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES,
Away with the fairies will on a few occasions e-mail you to update you on new jewellery as it becomes available. By ordering or enquiring about our jewellery will automatically subscribe you to this service; if you would prefer not to receive these e-mails please notify us.
